The plain-English terms for buying and using True5. By purchasing a test or opening a report, you agree to these terms.
01 Who we are
True5 (also referred to as we, us, and our) is operated by Guy Neyens, based at Jodenstraat 8 bus 201, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium (enterprise number BE 0863.905.853). You can reach us any time at info@gettrue5.com.
02 The service
True5 provides an online Big Five personality assessment based on the public-domain IPIP-NEO, together with a personalised PDF report generated from your answers. The service is intended for personal, educational, and informational use. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
03 Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to buy and use True5. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your personal test link and report private.
04 Purchases and payment
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and seller for your order. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, issues your invoice, and collects any applicable VAT or sales tax, so your purchase is also subject to the Lemon Squeezy terms and policies. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout, and a successful payment triggers delivery of your one-time test link by email.
05 Access tokens and test links
Each purchase grants a single, one-time access token, delivered as your personal test link. The link is valid for one completed test and is meant for you alone. If you lose your link, contact info@gettrue5.com and we will help you recover it.
06 Refunds and your 14-day guarantee
Your test link and report are digital content delivered immediately. We want you to buy with confidence, so we offer a simple 14-day money-back guarantee: email info@gettrue5.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, whether or not you have already started or completed the test. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
07 Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes no reselling, scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, or trying to reach tests or reports that are not yours. You may not use True5 to harass or discriminate against anyone, or to make high-stakes decisions about other people.
08 Intellectual property
The IPIP-NEO items are in the public domain. Everything else, including the True5 name, the report design and written interpretations, the scoring presentation, and this website, belongs to Guy Neyens and is protected by copyright. Your report is licensed to you for personal use. You may keep and share your own report, but you may not resell or republish our content.
09 Not psychological or medical advice
True5 is an educational self-insight tool, not a clinical, diagnostic, or medical service. It does not diagnose any condition and is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or financial advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
10 Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Personality results are probabilistic and depend on the honesty and care of your answers, so we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guy Neyens is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11 Changes to the service and terms
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to your purchase, and material changes take effect once posted here.
12 Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Belgium, and any disputes fall under the courts of the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium. If you have any questions, email info@gettrue5.com.
